has also performed several concert tours throughout South Carolina. During the
summer of 1994, the band traveled across the Pacific and participated in the

In 2003 the band went to Hawaii to participate in the 50th Anniversary
Celebrations commemorating the end of the Korean War. The unit has been awarded
the South Carolina Governor's Unit Citation for exceptionally meritorious
service.
